Google Sued for $5 Billion

We’ve all seen our fair share of stupid law suits, but this one has to be the best. It seems Dylan Jayne who lives in Pennsylvania is suing Google because their name (along with the Philadelphia 76er’s) are similar to his Social Security Number. He claims that flipping his SSN number upside down, and scrambling it around you will see the similarity. Oh but wait it gets even better…Jayne has hand-written his civil complaint against Google. I am guessing he couldn’t find a lawyer willing to take his idiotic case much less against a major corporation such as Google. But still hand-written? He should have used Google Docs to create his civil complaint.  That would have made this whole lawsuit even more bizarre.  I am surprised he was even allowed to file a hand-written civil complaint. Take a look for yourself: Jayne v. Google

  1. This seems pretty ridiculous, doesn’t it? I’ve been drinking, so maybe I’m wrong. Am I?

  2. LOL, he’s just opened himself up to id theft on public record by publishing his SSN. What a moron.
