A much needed update to Firefox 2.0.0.8 has been released.  The Firefox 2.0.0.9 update fixes these regressions caused by the Fx 2.0.0.8 release on October 19th.  Users should be getting an auto-update prompt in the next 24-48 hours or can manually update now via Help, Check for Updates… As a reminder if you are still using Firefox 1.5, Mozilla has ceased support and updates six months ago.
