Important Flash Player Updates Released

Adobe released important updates to their Flash Player this week. Follow these steps to get the new player(s) correctly installed: Go to the Adobe Flash Page to see which version you are running. Look for the Version Information box just above the list of current versions. If you are the current version there is nothing more you need to do. Otherwise continue… Windows & Mac users download the Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller. Close Firefox, Internet Explorer and any other browser you may have open. Firefox 3.1 Beta 3 Coming Soon & More News

Back on December 9th, 2008, Mozilla released Firefox 3.1 Beta 2. Ironically when Firefox 3.1 was announced (see What’s Next For Firefox?) back in June 2008, this was suppose to be around the time Firefox 3.1 was released. Now, nearly 3 months later Beta 3 is finally going to be release during the early part of March. With that news, does it mean the following release is going to a Release Candidate? No Lightning In Thunderbird 3

A bit of major announcement in regards to Lightning (Calendar) and the upcoming Thunderbird 3. From David Ascher’s (CEO, Mozilla Messaging) Blog: For some time, we (the Thunderbird release-drivers) have been exploring how to best integrate calendar functionality into Thunderbird.  Time for an update.
