    I did a clean install of FF 8.0 beta. The automatic spell check is not working even I have enabled the Tools/Options/Advanced/General/ “Check my spelling as I type”.

    Any fixes for this bug ?

      its not a bug. you need to download the US English build for the automatic spell checker . if you have Britain English or any other language , you need to install an add on of that language’s dictionary .
