Firefox 11 Aurora (11.0a2) Released

Mozilla has completed the merge of Firefox 11 to the Aurora developmental channel on December 23rd, 2011. From Mozilla Future Releases: The new Firefox Aurora for Android update includes a new native Android interface that we need your help testing. Mozilla has merged Thunderbird 10 on the to the Beta developmental channel on December 23rd, 2011. Existing Thunderbird Beta users can update via Help > About Thunderbird. Remove Extra Plugin Containers

Windows Only Firefox Nightly Windows (especially those on 64-Bit) users who monitor their tasks/processes may notice extra plugin container processes lingering for quite some time after use. Nightly opens extra plugin containers for additional activities such as viewing a YouTube video, displaying a PDF within the browser, etc. For whatever reason the extra plugin containers don’t get released from memory right away when the user closes the tab or navigates away from the activity.
