For those of you who recently updated to Firefox 11 and have discovered the changes Mozilla has made with the way standalone images (right-clicking on an image and selecting ‘view image’), here is an add-on that ‘fixes’ this for you. Old Default Image Style restores the Firefox 10 and older style of viewing standalone images. Even better, this add-on does not require a restart, simply install and you are ready to go instantly. Thanks to ringokaori for the tip.

I am more curious about how can I get back the the “old” buttons in FF14.
Just saw a post from Mozilla about the new style in the nightly builds yesterday. Haven’t seen any complaints (yet) in the builds forum about this change, but I am sure there will be some soon along with a method to ‘fix’ this.
Thank you for the reply. Would you be so kind to you post an article about the “fix” when it comes out?
