Tweak: Disable Drag & Drop (Preview) Images

Note: This applies to Firefox 3 only. One of the ‘new’ features in Firefox 3 is a graphical preview of the images, text, tabs, etc. your are dragging. This was suppose to make it easier for you to see where you were dragging the item. For text it is not too bad, but for images I found the preview makes it more difficult to properly drag and drop. Firefox 2.0.0.15 a security update has been released.  See Firefox 2.0.0.15 Release Notes for more details. Users may obtain Firefox 2.0.0.15 manually via the Check for Updates… option from the Help menu. Automatic upgrade (for those who have this feature enabled) should occur within the next 24-48 hours. Today’s Weekly Update Meeting had a lot of news about the upcoming Firefox and TBird releases for next month. First off, Firefox 2.0.0.15 is still on schedule to be released tomorrow (July 1st) around 3:00 PM PDT/6:00 PM EDT.  Now, in two weeks (July 15th) there will be yet another Firefox 2.0.0.X branch release.  This time around is Firefox 2.0.0.16.
