Mozilla should be pushing out Firefox 9 Aurora either this Friday (September 30th) or early next week. Current plans are for the release to take place this Friday.

Mozilla has pushed out an update for Firefox 7.0.1 desktop and Android on September 29, 2011. This update addressed an issue with add-ons disappearing from the add-ons manager after updating to Firefox 7. User can update via Help > About Firefox or getting the latest version at GetFirefox.com site. Android users should get notification that an update for Firefox is available or you can get the latest version from the Android Market.
