Here we go again, just when you thought Microsoft Corporation 406,32 +7,28 +1,82% had worked out all the kinks with the Windows 11 2022 Feature Update aka 222H2, comes yet another known issue preventing some users from upgrading. This time around it involves the Xbox Game Bar Capture.
On affected devices, users are experiencing issues in which the audio and video are out of sync when capturing gameplay using the Xbox Game Bar app.
“You are more likely to encounter this issue when using the ‘Record last 30 seconds’ feature when ‘Record in the background while I’m playing game’ is enabled in Xbox Game Bar,” Microsoft explains in a new Windows health dashboard entry.
Good news and bad news about this. The good news is Microsoft already has a fix for this the bad news users will need to wait to get said fix. Luckily, this fix is part of KB5018496 update which is going to be release on the November Patch Tuesday….which is this coming Tuesday the 8th.
