A reminder support for Firefox 10.0esr branch ended with the release of Firefox 10.0.12esr released on January 8, 2013. Organizations should have moved over to the 17.0esr branch during the 6-week support “grace period” (November 20th to January 8th).

Mozilla has released the next scheduled update for Firefox on both mobile and desktop. Firefox 19 was released on February 19th, 2013 and now includes a built-in PDF-viewer. Looks like Oracle is going to be paying out some overtime to its developers who worked over the weekend to get Java 7 Update 11 released. This emergency update patches the latest (announced January 10th) vulnerability CVE-2013-0422 as well as CVE-2012-3174 from June 2012.
