With Fx 3a7 Released, I wanted to give our readers a better idea as to where we were last year in regards to Firefox 2. Mozilla has released the next milestone on the Firefox 3 (Gran Paradiso) Builds, Alpha 7. Mostly ‘behind the scenes’ improvements. Due to the recent discovery of bug 389580 (some schemes with %00 launch unexpected handlers on windows), Mozilla has opted to do an early release of Firefox 2.0.0.6 for tonight. Thunderbird 2.0.0.6 is set to be released later this week. Look for automatic update notification (does not apply to Linux builds) within the next 24-36 hours.
