Twitter Employees have filed a class action lawsuit in regards to the forthcoming mass layoffs. Specifically because Elon Musk and Twitter are in violation of worker protection laws including the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act as well as the California WARN Act, both of which require 60 days of advance notice. The beginning of the end of Twitter will happen this Friday morning (November 4th). All employees were kicked out of the office and sent home Thursday evening.
